Policies

Rockin' Beauty has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.  In the event of a last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours of scheduled appointment) or a no-show, an invoice will be sent via square, for a fee of the FULL amount of service(s) scheduled. Rescheduling will not be permitted until fee is paid in full. Any future appointments will be cancelled if fee is not paid within 48 hrs.

If you are running late, please be considerate and call right away.  If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a last-minute cancellation/no show fee.

If you cancel, no show, AND/OR reschedule any appointments 3 times in a row, you will no longer be allowed to schedule appointments online. You will have to call to schedule an appointment and you will be required to pay for you service(s) in advance.
